Welcome to Primrose Hill

Primrose Hill is a popular area of London with a village feel and the oasis of the Hill itself, a beautiful green space with a tranquil atmosphere.  The area has historically drawn intellectuals and famous literary names as well as current celebrity residents including Jamie Oliver and Gwen Stefani.  The properties are predominantly Victorian terraced houses, many of which have been converted into stylish flats.  Chalcot Square and Chalcot Crescent are particularly popular, with a number of houses painted in beautiful pastel colours.  Primrose Hill is well connected to central London with many popular destinations within walking distance.

  • Parks & recreation

As well as Primrose Hill itself, with its children’s playground and outdoor gym, the area is right next to the spectacular Regents Park and London Zoo.  Despite the proximity to central London, Primrose Hill boasts a selection of open green spaces.

Primrose Hill Primary School has achieved good grades and there are excellent schools nearby in St Johns Wood and Regents Park.

The American Language School is also in St Johns Wood.
