Chestertons is delighted to announce a new link-up with a Paris property consultant that will strengthen our affiliate network, building on existing activity in France and forging closer links between Europe’s two strongest residential markets.
The partnership with the well-established Consultants Immobilier will see the international arm of Chestertons’ network welcome nine new Paris offices, covering the West of Paris, Neuilly Sur Seine, Levallois and Boulogne Billancourt and specialising in mid to upper-tier property sales and lettings.
Robert Bartlett, Group CEO of Chestertons, says of the partnership: “Paris and London are the largest property markets in Western Europe. We have had a long-held strategic objective of forming an association in the city, so we’re pleased and excited to announce the Consultants Immobilier link.
“Chestertons already transacts extensively across France, so our new Paris association will be a key focal point in the network there, both in terms of introducing international investment into Paris and also outward investment into our other International Markets and of course into London.
“There has been a great deal of activity with investors from Paris seeking property in London over the past few years, and I am certain that our new partners Consultants Immoblier will help us continue to build revenues and offer exciting new opportunities,” Bartlett concludes.
Roger Abecassis, President of Consultants Immobilier, adds: “Paris has a very strong international appeal right now, with buyers from Italy, Portugal, China, Great Britain, the US, Russian and the Middle-East and North Africa showing a real appetite for property investment here.
“We’re very much looking forward to sharing our expertise with our new colleagues at Chestertons, and we are very confident that with Chestertons being such a well-respected name in both high-end London and international residential property, this partnership is the perfect strategic fit for us to take our business forward both here in Paris and overseas.”
