Our Estate Management team provides management solutions to freeholders, lessee/resident management companies (RMC's), Right To Manage companies (RTM’s) and developers. Small team, diverse portfolio and personal service
Everyone in the Estate Management department is directly involved in the management of our blocks. This means we are able to provide a personal service to our clients and ensure there is a high degree of knowledge sharing throughout the team.
We provide direct dials to each member of staff and encourage residents to make contact. We don’t believe in the ‘call centre’ approach and we want you to get through to someone that can assist you first time.
Currently we manage around 70 blocks with over 2,000 units throughout the south east including Chelsea, Islington, Docklands, Maida Vale, Highgate, Hackney and Camden in addition to a number of commercial properties. We manage blocks and estates from as little as 3 units all the way up to 279 units. More importantly, we pride ourselves in ensuring we have the capacity to manage new instructions with ease.
Your Property Manager works in a team with a dedicated Property Assistant who provides administrative support and backup while they are out on site. We find this setup means they are able to carry out their job more efficiently and ensure cover is in place when most needed. The Property Assistant will arrange works orders, chase contractors, update you on progress of works and assist in handling telephone enquiries.
All of our property managers are members of the IRPM and benefit from regular training and updates. We also run a dedicated training programme, where a member of staff is mentored and trained over the course of a year to become a fully qualified property manager. By conducting the programme internally, we can be safe in the knowledge our staff perform to our exacting standards at all times.
Out of Hours Service
We understand that issues arise out of working hours. In an emergency, calls will be handled by experienced, trained staff that determine the nature of the emergency and where appropriate, arrange for necessary works to be carried out using one of our approved contractors. Where works are already covered by a maintenance contract (such as lifts), the staff will have details of who to contact in the event of an emergency. This service is available from 1730hrs till 0900hrs Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day during weekends and public holidays.
