Coralita is a spectacular ocean front property located on a small cliff bluff, on the beautiful west coast at Prospect, St James just 3 miles from Holetown, while the prestigious Sandy Lane is just 1 mile away. This fantastic property provides some of the best 180 degree views in Barbados, of the beautiful Caribbean Seas from all 3 balconies and roof terrace. The apartment itself comprises of 2 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, with sea views and one has a balcony overlooking the ocean. There also a balcony overlooking the ocean that is accessible via the open planed designed air-conditioned lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar. Direct sea access can be made via stone steps, depending on the time of the year, the ocean can be directly at the base of these steps, or it can be very shallow to wade through to the white sandy beach of Batts Rock and Paradise Beach. Parking for one car is available directly outside of the apartment entrance. Coralita, St. James

Coralita #5 is one bedroom apartment in a prime Caribbean sea front location on the prestigious west coast of Barbados in the Parish of St James. Located on a small cliff buff this has some of the best views in Barbados with 180° views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The apartment has an air conditioned double bedroom (with a king size bed), overlooking the sea and an undercover patio area. There is an air-conditioned lounge with doors leading to another outside patio & garden area equipped with sun loungers, parasol, dining table and chairs, outside shower and spectacular views of Caribbean sea. Direct access to the sea can be made via stone steps leading directly into the shallow sea. A tidal beach is sometimes in front of the apartment but does depend on the time of year. The beautiful white sandy beach of Batts Rock Bay and Paradise Beach can be accessed by walking through the shallow sea or a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a two ring electric hob, combination convection oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, various other appliances which can cater for four people. Parking for one car is available directly outside the apartment building entrance. Coralita has wonderful views of the cruise ships arriving in the morning and departing in the evening, catamaran cruises stop daily in the bay directly in front of the apartment and jet ski's or water sports can be flagged down at any time for hire. The apartment is very centrally located. The Bridge, St. James

The Bridge is a cozy and comfortable studio apartment at The Moorings.  Although this apartment is on the roadside of the property it is elevated and very well furnished and the ocean is just seconds away. All the apartments at The Moorings are decorated in similar fashion.  The polished concrete floors and wet bathroom add a mix of loft style with casual chic living.  The space is well laid out and suitable for a couple or a single traveler looking for a budget-friendly stay right on the beach. The walk-in bathroom has a large shower and also houses the washing machine. Sunset, St. James

"Sunset" is one of six one- and two-bedroom apartments which are newly refurbished and modernized at The Moorings in Fitts Village. They are right next to a beautiful beach, across the road from shops and amenities, on a convenient bus route, and have their own garden, barbecue area, and plunge pool. But basically what you'll fall in love with are the views. Breathtaking. The Neighborhood Fitts Village was named after the local family which once owned a large tract of land in the area. It was once famous as a fishing village but nowadays is better known for its fabulous beach and as a favorite place to swim with the turtles. Fitts still feels like the "real" Barbados and local people here welcome visitors. Getting Around The apartment is right on a bus route leading directly to Holetown, Bridgetown, the golf courses, or anywhere you want to go. The beach here is a popular spot for swimming with turtles, and local villagers welcome visitors. "Sea Breeze" is one of six 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which have just been completely refurbished. The apartments are alongside Fitts Beach, where snorkelers come to swim with the turtles. Across the road is a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, GP, and other stores. We are on a handy bus-route to Holetown, Bridgetown and golf courses - but we think you may never want to leave your apartment! Fitts Village was once a lively fishing spot, but these days is more famous as a favorite place for swimming with turtles. The village is a genuine part of the Barbados community - "real" islanders live here and welcome visitors. The shops cater to local people as well as tourists, so prices are sensible and there is a wide range of stock. The Moorings is on the main bus route down the beautiful west coast, and so you are a short ride or drive from Holetown and Speightstown to the north or Bridgetown to the south. The famous golf-courses are also all nearby - but it's perfectly likely that visitors to The Moorings will never want to leave their beach or balcony!
