<p><strong>Hours: </strong>Full time 8:45am-6pm Monday to Friday with study time included</p>
<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder who wants experience in a fast-paced Property Management team to join Chestertons on a Coordinator Apprenticeship. Your day to day duties, as our property management coordinator would include supporting the department with admin duties, compliance checks, and role specific support.</p>

<p><strong>Your duties will include:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the effective running of the property management team through providing organisational and administrative support to the team</li>
<li>To answer telephone calls and transferring to the correct person</li>
<li>Dealing with any queries</li>
<li>Participating fully in the buddy system in the absence of other team members</li>
<li>Keeping thorough file notes of every action and conversation with suppliers, landlords and tenants</li>
<li>Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks required by the team.</li>
