Chestertons has appointed Robert Pearce to lead its Residential Development and Investment department. Robert is co-founder and formerly Distribution Director of Blackfish, the Hong Kong-headquartered property investment company.
Prior to starting Blackfish, Robert spent more than a decade assisting private and institutional clients to source, develop, sell and manage residential property portfolios in over 20 countries. During that time he held several senior positions at international real estate investment firms in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Robert is widely quoted for his industry experience and expertise and is a contributor to national newspapers as well as broadcast and digital media such as Bloomberg.

Robert will be in charge of Chestertons’ global Residential Development and Investment business and will be based at the firm’s London headquarters in Mount Street, Mayfair.
