In the Spring of 2019, Chestertons has seen an increase in buyer activity in high-end locations; despite concerns around Brexit. However, due to a shortage of properties on the market, perhaps due to Brexit uncertainty, this is holding back the level of sales seen.
There has also been a pick-up in sales for New Homes in the first three months of the year.
For the letting market, a strong increase in tenant demand, also in higher value locations, was seen in the first quarter of the year.
