This includes giving accurate and up to date valuation advice in line with market conditions; recommending and executing a local and international marketing strategy and conducting visits by prospective purchasers. We provide monthly updates to our clients as to market and purchaser activity. We handle the negotiations on your behalf and report to you frequently.
Our aim is to offer your property the maximum exposure through access to our database, media and on line advertising, website representation and editorial. Switzerland is a landlocked country at the centre of Europe but is independent of the European Union. It borders no less than five countries (Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein). It offers some of the most scenic landscapes in the world, with rugged peaks, high mountain passes and deep lakes. Geneva, on the French border is home to watch making and the United Nations and The Red Cross are based there. The Federal Government sits at its capital, Bern, while Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city, is the financial and banking hub. Switzerland enjoys a warm, Mediterranean climate in the summer, but also benefits from some of the highest snowfalls in the Alps in winter. The Swiss Alps offer an enormous diversity of skiing and include the glamorous ski resorts of Verbier, Zermatt and Gstaad.
This small and unique country offers beautiful sights, stunning scenery, great things to do, fun events and special experiences that will make a visit to Switzerland very special. Nature is everywhere and provides a very wide range of activities such as skiing, hiking, paragliding, mountain biking or simply just relaxing.
Switzerland is also very famous for its chocolate and cheese recipes such as fondue or raclette. There is no better way to end a skiing day than a nice cheese fondue in a typical alpine restaurant. A visit to the chocolate factory in Broc and a taste of cheese in the village of Gruyères are also a must. Moreover, Switzerland also offers great shopping in the cities of Geneva and Zurich.
Zermatt, in the Canton of Valais, is home to the stunning instantly recognizable Matterhorn Mountain, as well as around 45 other peaks that rise over 4,000 metres above sea level including Switzerland’s highest, Dufourspitze at 4,634m. Despite its small size, there is a lot to do and see in Switzerland.
