Direct sea access can be made via stone steps, depending on the time of the year, the ocean can be directly at the base of these steps, or it can be very shallow to wade through to the white sandy beach of Batts Rock and Paradise Beach. Parking for one car is available directly outside of the apartment entrance. Coralita #5 is one bedroom apartment in a prime Caribbean sea front location on the prestigious west coast of Barbados in the Parish of St James. Located on a small cliff buff this has some of the best views in Barbados with 180° views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The apartment has an air conditioned double bedroom (with a king size bed), overlooking the sea and an undercover patio area. There is an air-conditioned lounge with doors leading to another outside patio & garden area equipped with sun loungers, parasol, dining table and chairs, outside shower and spectacular views of Caribbean sea. Direct access to the sea can be made via stone steps leading directly into the shallow sea. A tidal beach is sometimes in front of the apartment but does depend on the time of year. The beautiful white sandy beach of Batts Rock Bay and Paradise Beach can be accessed by walking through the shallow sea or a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a two ring electric hob, combination convection oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, various other appliances which can cater for four people. Parking for one car is available directly outside the apartment building entrance. Coralita has wonderful views of the cruise ships arriving in the morning and departing in the evening, catamaran cruises stop daily in the bay directly in front of the apartment and jet ski's or water sports can be flagged down at any time for hire. The apartment is very centrally located. A rental car is recommended although there is a bus stop outside the apartment that can be used for going along the West Coast to Holetown, the South Coast or Bridgetown. The apartment is serviced two mornings a week which comprises of cleaning and changing the bed linen and towels.Seasonal Rates
