Chestertons Battersea & Clapham

6 Battersea Rise, Clapham London SW11 1ED

Green parks, an abundance of quality restaurants and bars, good schools and attractive Victorian properties are just some of the reasons why Battersea is such a highly desirable area. Its proximity to the river and nearby Chelsea also adds to the attraction.

Property in Battersea ranges from mansion blocks and Victorian family homes near the park, to newer developments such as the Battersea Reach development, which is proving popular with young professionals and corporate tenants. Popular family areas are the ‘Toast Rack’ on Wandsworth Commons and streets ‘Between the Commons’, particularly just off the Northcote Road.
