Giuseppe started his property career working for his family run development company before moving to London in 2011 and into the residential sales sector. He has extensive experience covering areas throughout South London including Bermondsey, Canary Wharf, Chislehurst and Greenwich.

Hannah has over 10 years experience within the lettings industry and has been working in the central London since 2012, focusing mainly on Kensington and Chelsea. Having grown up in south west London, she has good knowledge of the local area and now manages the Chestertons lettings office in Parsons Green. She uses her skills and knowledge to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Parks & Recreation

The biggest, well-known park in the area is of course Battersea Park, which provides locals with a beautiful green space to explore and a range of sporting facilities. The park features a large duck pond, a pagoda and various sculptures for visitors to admire. Just south of Battersea Park are a further three large parks to explore; Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and King George’s Park.

Restaurants & Shopping

There’s a great choice of restaurants in Battersea serving a huge range of fare, from traditional British pub food to French Cuisine, Tapas, Vietnamese and more.

There are plenty of shops located on Northcote road, from independents to higher end high street brands such as Jo Maman Bébé and Whistles. There’s a great range of specialty stores where you can buy anything from honey to fine wines and cheese, alongside traditional florists, fishmongers and antiques. In fact, the area is so well known for its independent stores that the council has implemented a measure to protect the unique shops and distinctive character of Northcote Road.

Best place for cheese and nibbles:

Hamish Johnston Fine Cheese has an incredible selection of cheeses to choose from. In addition to every type of cheese you could imagine, they also sell a selection of crackers, pickles and charcuterie.

Entertainment & Nightlife

There are a selection of evening venues in nearby Clapham, with a choice of independent or chain cocktail bars and various pubs. For a night out, the Clapham Grand near Clapham Junction is a refurbished Victorian music hall with a variety of weekly club events.

Best place for a cocktail:

Previously known as The Loft, Dirty Martini opened in April and are famous for their trademark martinis. This venue is sure to attract anyone looking for a fun and lively night out, with regular DJ’s playing late into the night. Cocktail offers are run every night, with deals also on beer and wine for those who are not a fan of cocktails. Sharing platters and bar snacks are also available.

Schools & Education

This part of South West London is well known for the quality and choice of education available to families. Honeywell Primary School and Belleville Primary School offer fantastic primary education options. Newton Prep, Thomas’s and the Lycee Francais Wix School are also highly regarded by parents. The Emmanuel School is also located nearby.
