In the latter half of 2019, buyer demand picked up appreciably, with our Battersea office recording a 13% increase in new buyer registrations and a 17% increase in viewings between July and November 2019 compared to the same period in 2018.

As in the sales market, there has been a significant increase in the tenant demand for rented accomodation since the middle of the summer. Our Battersea office saw a 34% increase in new tenants registering and a 57% increase in offers on properties between July and November, compared to the same months in 2018.
