At the start of 2019 there has been a resurgence in activity in the Wandsworth sales market, with an increase in the number of buyers registering, and pent-up sales demand from the past few years being released.
The lettings market has also seen a strong start to the year, with tenant demand strengthening as registrations has increased also.
