Anarita

Anarita is a peaceful village located just over 10 kilometres north of Paphos and set at an average altitude of 100 metres above the sea. The village has all necessary amenities with some lovely traditional tavernas specialising in the local Cypriot cuisine, and boasts the Olivio Bar and Restaurant voted 5 star on TripAdvisor. The closest beach is only 4 kilometres away, with the increasingly popular Riccos beach at Geroskipou being just 15 minutes by car. Anarita is great if you don’t want want to waste time travelling, being just over quarter of an hour from Paphos International Airport – you can be off the plane and in your front room sipping your first holiday drink within the hour! For golfing enthusiasts, the nearest course – designed by Sir Nick Faldo – is just a short drive away.

Sea Caves

The prestigious Sea Caves area is located in the north west of Paphos near St. George's Island and located close to the popular village of Peyia, just 14km north of Paphos Town and 9 minutes to the Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay. Geroskipou

Geroskipou is a traditional coastal town to the east of the centre of Paphos, and the second largest municipality in the District. The village has a multitude of interesting sights, namely the remarkable five-domed Byzantine church of Agia Paraskevi, sculpture park, a folk museum and large traditional square. The area is also known for the production of Cypriot Delight or lokum as it’s known locally. There are plenty of shops, kiosks, restaurants and bars as well as many areas of beautiful coastline just 5 minutes from your doorstep. The popular Harbour area is just 12 minutes away, the international airport only a quarter of an hour and the nearest golf course 6 minutes.

Konia

Just 3 km to the east of Paphos town, the popular village of Konia is conveniently located close to Paphos International Airport and Elea Golf and Country Club. Set into the hillside 190 metres above sea level, Konia enjoys panoramic views over the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. The village has a number of amenities including a minimarket, bakery, a couple of traditional tavernas, a bank and coffee shop, and is a short drive from a private English speaking school.

Chlorakas

Chloraka is located 3 km north of Paphos Town and borders the popular tourist area of Tomb of the Kings in Kato (lower) Paphos, and is just 26 minutes from the international airport of Paphos. It is a popular area with ex-pats and home to Akritas Chloraka, one of the Cypriot football teams. There are many hotels, restaurants and bars in the village which runs along the coast road from Paphos Town to Coral Bay. The exact location is easy to find as in the spring of 1998 the cargo ship Demetrios II ran aground in heavy seas, the vessel is clearly visible and has now become a starring feature of the Paphos coastline.

Mandria

The beautiful village of Mandria is located approximately 15 kilometres from the centre of Paphos so just a short drive to enjoy the finest sights the area has to offer. The village itself is a mixture of rural Cypriot life and ex-pat community with tavernas and amenities set around a traditional village square. The area is relatively undeveloped with a wonderful rugged coastline just minutes from the centre. Mandria is just 15 minutes from the international airport of Paphos, and just over 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.

Peyia

Peyia – Pegeia - is located just 14km north of Paphos Town and sits on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inland from Coral Bay at the southern end of the protected Akamas Peninsula. This is home to many ex-pat residents, particularly from the UK, and due to its size you will find most conveniences are catered form making it popular area for investment properties. As the largest village in Paphos bordering the picturesque villages Kathikas and Akoursos, together with the Akamas Peninsular, there is plenty to do including swimming at the renowned Blue Flag awarded Coral Bay Beach, just 8 minutes away. The international airport of Paphos is only 45 minutes away, and the nearest golf course, 35 minutes.

Kamares

Kamares is a highly-sought after village within the Tala region of Paphos boasting stunning sea views and a multitude of Cypress trees giving it a mountain retreat feel. The location features a medical centre, clubhouse, restaurants, leisure facilities and shops, which contribute to the community feel of the village. It is an Ideal location for those who wish to enjoy natural stunning views but have the convenience of essential amenities, shops and entertainment nearby. Due to the elevation of the village above the humidity line locals experience cool summer evenings and an enjoyable climate. The village is only 15 minutes from the nearest beach and 30 minutes to Paphos airport.

Tomb of the Kings

Paphos town is divided into two parts known locally as Kato and Pano Paphos, meaning lower and upper Paphos. The Tomb of the Kings area is located within the lower area and boasts the world famous tombs, the archaeological site showcasing the mosaics and ruins of the Houses of Odysseus and Dionysos, as well as the harbour with its lively tavernas and bars. The area is popular with tourists and holiday makers, and makes a sound choice for investors, being only 25 minutes from Paphos airport and 18 from the nearest golf course.
