Dating back to 1740, but with modern renovations, this spacious estate offers views of the sea, making it one of our most unique villas in Barbados. Visitors from around the world flock to Barbados for its crystal clear waters, coral reefs and sunny climate.

This property boasts many amenities, including a lagoon-like swimming pool with a natural rock edge that’s treated with ionizer (reducing the need for chlorine). Go for a refreshing dip during the day or night, as it’s lit from below. Later, bask in the sun on a cushioned lounge chair on the patio, or indulge with a glass of wine in one of the multiple outdoor sitting areas. If you’d like to relax indoors, there’s a media room with a large flatscreen TV and a comfy sofa, while the games room offers a chance for table tennis or to try out some fitness equipment.

The home was re-designed in the ‘70s by English designer Oliver Messel, who excelled in seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. The living room is done in natural tones of soft green, whites and browns and includes a plush sofa, armchairs and access to the terrace. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, but let the on-site cook take care of preparing your meals.

Up to 14 guests can stay in this home’s seven bedrooms, each has air conditioning and a Bose sound system. There are two suites in the Great House, two in Messel Wing and the remaining rooms are located in the Plantation Wing and Pavilion. Perks for each room varies, but range from king size beds to water views and alfresco showers.

While staying here you’ll be a quick five-minute walk to the sandy beach of Little Good Harbour, and only a 10-minute drive to historical Speightstown, where you’ll find restaurants and shops.

Also a gas BBQ on patio areas. Throughout the property is high speed internet, 65-inch TV with cable channels, Netflix and Disney+. An additional TV is also located in the twin bedroom.

Ceiling fans in all rooms and large opening windows allow for natural air conditioning from the Caribbean breeze.

Master bedroom has its own private balcony with chairs to enjoy your morning drinks.

Elfin Breeze is managed on-site for your convenience, 24-hour security, security gate access both on foot and by vehicle.

Housekeeping twice a week will ensure Elfin Breeze is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
High speed internet throughout the property with booster upstairs ensures you are never out of touch. 65-inch Smart TV in the living room hosting a large range of cable channels, Netflix and Disney+. Twin bedroom also supports a flat screen TV with Netflix and Disney+.

As a family we enjoy games and reading, this is reflected in our book shelfs and provides several well know family games. We promote a take a book leave a book policy.

Beach towels are provided along with 4 beach chairs, large cooler & beach umbrella. Body board also provided to enjoy the waves. Ideal should you have a car to explore the islands beaches.

South facing private garden with lawn chairs, BBQ, patio table and chairs allow for easy outside living. Several established nectar bird feeding stations to enjoy the hummingbirds and bananaquits.

Lit plunge pool with air jets and bubbles allows for relaxing drinks after a long day at the beach.
Gas BBQ allows for outside cooking and brings the best flavour to the local fish.

Private parking for 2 cars, property also has ample parking for additional vehicles.
Property has tennis courts , small gym, children’s play area, quiet garden and well-appointed communal pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable seating.
